1Terms of Use

2Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and all transactions, bookings, and services provided by Confident Holidays and Packages PVT LTD shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or relating to these Terms, bookings, payments, or travel services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

3Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute or concern relating to a booking, payment, cancellation, refund, or travel service, customers are encouraged to first contact the customer support team of Confident Holidays and Packages PVT LTD and provide the relevant booking details so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved amicably.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual discussion, the matter may be referred to arbitration or other appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any arbitration, where applicable, shall be conducted in India in accordance with the applicable arbitration laws and regulations of India. The decision or award issued through the applicable dispute-resolution process shall be binding on the parties to the extent permitted by law.
